Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customer Cancellation Request

"If an order is cancelled at the customer's request after payment has been processed, a non-refundable payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) will be deducted from the refund total. This fee is charged by our payment processor and is not retained by Molnar Outdoor Online."

Eligibility Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us at sales@molnaroutdoor.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at sales@molnaroutdoor.com to arrange an exchange.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@molnaroutdoor.com.

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Ship returns to: Molnar Outdoor Returns, 9191 Leavitt Rd., Elyria, OH 44035. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
